What Women Want

Chubby panda kicks crap out of Helen Hunt

Full story: Eureka Times Standard

It's no secret that once an actress hits 40, Hollywood will treat her like a Michael Jackson kid: shroud her from sight, treat her like a freak and maybe dangle her out the window.

Maybe Rich Sommerville read this headline and dropped dead. What a pathetic copy standard for a "professional" news paper. Such journalistic sohpmoronic headlinging out to be confied to the junior high circut.

As much as I love to diss the T-S. When you do it, you really should run the spell check prior to posting.

And it's pretty much proven that the average man or woman will stop and read that type of story...and the folks at the T/S are in the business of trying to get people to stop on the page, read the story and look at the advertising...it's, um, sort of a business...

It's unwise to assume that every single potential T/S customer only wants to read about the Marina development, the closing of a timber mill or the latest drug busts.

Variety is the spice of life and does wonders to make a newspaper more readable to more more different people.
