Afghans should most of all saw cereals, rice etc on their fields instead of poppy. They wouldn´t be hunger, if they would develop normal agriculture.

Afghans had normal agricaulture. But the forgin powers destroyed Afghanistan. It will take thirty years to rebuild that country
