Hope Geena Davis isn't taking a salary for being on the commission. Of all the problems California has, is this all Sacramento can do. California is just a big mess.

Wow !
I thought for sure Arnie would have named Paris Hilton or Lindsy Lohan to the commission that promotes womens equality !
After all, they are very popular "pillars" of the California community, so to speak.

Actors make the worst politicians. Why not weaken the commission by putting actors there?

Ronald Reagan was a pretty darn good politician.

Well let's see, Reagan...

1) said he "would never negotiate with terrorists" like Iran while secretly running the Iran-Contra scandal where he did precisely that...
2) tripled our national debt while preaching fiscal responsibility...
3) armed & financed the Taliban (yes, THAT Taliban!)...
3) granted illegal aliens a monster amnesty "to end future amnesties"...
4) knew so little about the nuclear arsenal he controlled that he thought ICBM's could be recalled after launch...
5) tore Jimmy Carter's solar panels off the White House roof and ridiculed ed energy conservation...
6) defunded family planning and encouraged the third world to keep overbreeding (greatly aggravating our illegal alien nightmare)...

Ronald Reagan set us on the overspending course that ruined America's economy. I guess to swallow all the propaganda out there.

Thank you for sharing. Unfortunately, most Americans don't realize all this about good old Ronnie. Now that history had been rewritten about Reagan, it makes knowing the truth all more difficult.
