CONNIE FISHER IS A MARIA VON TRAPP STAR! SHE SO DERERVES TO WIN THIS ROLE. AS SHE HAS COME SO CLOSE IN PREVIOUS AUDITIONS AND SHE WORKS EXTREMLY HARD. SHE SHOULD PLAY MARIA IN THE WEST END. SHE LOOKS VERY MUCH LIKE MARIA. SHE HAS A BEAUTIFULLY TRAINED VOICE LIKE MARIA. AND SHE CAN ACT AMAZINGLY LIKE MARIA. SO PLEASE EVERYONE VOTE FOR CONNIE!

Connie has stood out from the beginning, her eyes sparkle and her enthusiasm is dynamic. Sadly I will be away for the final but....a neighbour is filming it for me. I may be in Malta on Saturday but my thoughts will be with Connie...Good Luck.

i went to the show last night opening night (3 nov) what a fantastic performance connie was fab in her role however lesley garret showed her all round professionalism which complimented connie. also if you go to the show i am confident you will see some young actors playing the children who in no doubt in my mind will be stars of the future. this show will last a long time in london if the standard of the preview show has anything to go by. all round excellent deserved the standing ovasion at the end. the only downside for me was having to travel to luton airport to get my flight next morning back to scotland however im home now and already waiting for my next visit back to the palladium

I loved the opening performance of Sound of Music last night. Everyone was brilliant via one - Captain Von Trapp. I was not impressed in his performance at all. He also seemed to get a less applause than anyone else. Connie was as good as Julie Andrews any day. Well Done Connie you are a true star. Lesley Garret had us all clapping are hands till they hurt. 2 days of travelling from Penzance Cornwall and back was worth it.

I have seen the film,I watched the TV show and now I'm going to see Connie live at the Palladium (Jan 17th 2007).
I thought the TV show was great and felt that the public picked the right person in "Connie Fisher".

My 82 year old mum is coming with me, she loves any musicals. It's her christmas present.

Just saw Sound of Music last night (Dec 18th).
Blown away by Connie !
What an all-round performer. Her voice and her smile were amazing.
I woke up this morning with Sound of Music songs going round in my head!- What's that all about?

Best perfomance I've ever seen.
