When I was invited to write about my sex life, I was hesitant. How much did I want to reveal about something so deeply personal? I'm no exhibitionist - I do not relish the thought of strangers knowing intimate details of my life.

Being diable is not a reason to end sexual contact. You can still have a very healthy sex life and fully enjoy it. You may have to do it differently, or it might take longer, but it is not impossable.

I do hate it when people use the term "severely disabled".Who is to make that judgement? People seem to leap to the conclusion that its always a paraplegic who has the highest needs when we are all very different and unique.
