Big Harrey McKenna was originally played by a 55 year old Keeyan Wynn--now they have cast Donald Sutherland for the remake-- he's 74 years old, with a 29 year old, Ben Foster playing his son --he's old enough to be his grandfather!!--Couldn't they find someone younger that would be believable--perhaps money was an issue--everyone else besides Statham and Foster are unknown--In the original movie, from 1972, all the lead actors are dead except for Jan-Michael Vincent. From what I saw on the Insider in 2007 he said he wanted to return to acting if someone would just ask him. So far no new credits. So what, no one has asked him?? What a shame!! I think having him in this movie would give him another chance and a needed credit and the possibility of a comeback. Its worked for other actors, like Jackie Earle Haley, why not for him.
