What does it say about us as a nation that we can't just appreciate the work of performers? We should be inspired by great performances. John Cusack is a truly gifted actor. I worry about all the great people with a gift who have to fear their public.

I heard since the net
were all in danger.

And thats the reality, Viloence is on the rise!

A woman who was helping the campaign for MCCAIN
was attacked in Pittsburgh, PA
After robbing her they used a knife on her to carve a "B" in her cheek.
I was gonna wear my T-Shirt out in public but I've decided against it!

And about Cusack's stalker
I think everyone needs to move on
this isn't that great of news.

If you can't take the "heat" of the business
don't go into such a business where your constantly under scrunity & fear of someone hurting you.
Because the world is'nt such a pretty place.
Even the fans of these people also get hurt by just liking them.~trust me~!

So I'm sure Cusack is off somewhere just making another movie dining in the best of hotels and really not concerned about this issue anymore.
Lets Hope!
Because the whining about it has gotten nauseating to tell you the truth.

Liam Neeson is a far better actor & you don't hear
one complaint outta him over these kind of issues of getting mixed up with crack whores knowing your phone number and calling you from jail.
I think if this story would just die it would do the world a favor
takecare

Wear your shirt. You'll be fine. The girl lied about the attack.

http://edition.cnn.com/2008/POLITICS/10/24/mc...

Cusack isn't the one whining about it. It's random people online bringing it up. Also she got his phone number because she acted as her own attorney, not because he gave it to her.

The story does need to die, but I'm sure it will come back again when she gets bored and wanders back to his house. A restraining order didn't keep her away, and I bet this deal won't either.

Wow! I get a peanut everytime I come back here..
imagine that.
And the woman could of gotten paid off about the attack...you just never know these days.

So, next time shoot her.

they blocked me, and deleted me
from that jcsite on the web.
and oh you remember the "myspace he'd NEVER get!
plus also facebook.

and I can't even comment here without a peanut.
So as far as I'm concerned, I'm obviously too good for such nonsense.
good day.

"Also she got his phone number because she acted as her own attorney, not because he gave it to her."

What judge would allow some "wack job" any celebrities personal phone number? Regardless if she acted as her own attorney or not. Given the situation, that information should have remained private.

Been there done that, I completely understand Cusack's situation. Had a stalker myself, called me at all hours of the night. He called or texted my cell 20-30 times a day, I had to change my number. I would cringe every time I seen the mans number popup.

That JohnCusack net site is not affiliated with John. Any inappropiate commenting on that site and a member can be banned. The site is pretty particular on gossip and personal private matters regarding John.

The girl who said she worked for McCain and was mugged has a mental problem...she admitted the next day she had injured herself. She failed to appear in court and has a warrant for failure to appear. As far as actors and stalkers its happening all the time. It is a sign of the times. Never before have we had such a large group of sick people in society...I mean really sick people mentally. Probably has to do with the decrease in monies being spent at the state level to keep these people in institutions and the fact a lot of these people that fall into the criminal fringe are let out really quickly on probation or parole. Recently some guy was let out after only 4 months in jail serving a 2 yr term for assault and the day after he was let out he killed some guy in Los Angeles the son of a servicewoman serving in Irag. Now the guy is up on murder charges maybe if convicted they can lock him up for at least 2 years next time. Its happening every day. We need to take violent dangerous ppl off the streets and keep them off the streets and to heck with the ACLU and or all the libs who will cry about it we need to protect innocent people from violent offenders.

What gets me is how our justice system works.

I personally feel we are to lenient on people who commit manslaughter. If someone acts irresponsible (and they KNOW they were irresponsible and had a passed of being irresponsible) and they "accidentally" kill another human being, who's life was in their hands.
Do you think that person should recieve a tougher sentence than just a maximum of 10-15 years in prison? They'll just end up taking a plea deal and maybe get 2-5 years.

How does that justify an innocent persons life. They die and this person who killed them gets to walk freely amongst the general population and live a normal happy life. Mean while the family of the loved one who died, suffers.

Its a really screwed up justice system we have.

My daughter (just had this discussion yesterday) about the mentally ill.
and We also feel due to so much drug usage(even through father's to be & mother's to be)
their is also alot of mental illness.

Plus, even if you have "anxiety" because maybe the abuse you may have suffered in your life. There is a constant stigma placed upon you; And it really doesn't help the ones who are suffering.
So this inturn because of the stigma makes them not want or get any help for their depression.

And yes, I have been stalked also.
In this day & age it happens more frequently.
But, I wouldn't judge everyone who likes me or has an interest in me as a sicko!

And I did hear a large amount of people walking the streets of LA are full of people with drug issues & mental issues over 50% of them.

But to think everyone is mentally ill because they like a certain person. Is definitely just picking on a person.

I wanted to put a quote I found today here:

We can often do more for other men by trying to correct our own faults than by trying to correct theirs.
- Francois Fenelon

It was on my web page when I opened it up.

Anyways, I hope everyone has a
"Merry Christmas" may Gods light fill peoples hearts & hopefully not judge people so harshly through the upcoming year;
And have a safe New Years.
God be with you.
