My husband and I went to the Gold Class Cinemas in Pasadena, CA last week and had a less than Gold Class experience. After spending 120.00 on tickets, 2 drinks, 2 entrees and one dessert, we walked away feeling mostly ignored and what should have been a special evening for our wedding anniversary turned out to be far less than special. We arrived early and ordered drinks. We were assured they would not start the movie without us. As we got closer to the appointed time, we noticed that nobody was coming back to escort us to our seats (part of their service) and we had no idea which theatre we were supposed to be in. By chance someone walked by and asked us what movie we were seeing. When we told him he looked concerned and told us to follow him. We were rushed to our seats while the trailers were already being played and the lights were out. He talked over the trailers to explain to us how to use our service button, store our belongings and adjust our seats. Within seconds our meal was almost thrown at us and because they didn't bring us napkins or the water we requested we had to push the service light. We asked for water no less than three times and it never arrived. Mostly we felt ignored throughout our experience. We are not the type to complain but felt so disgruntled after our experience that we wrote to the corporate office. They have never contacted us. We might have been repeat customers and because my husband works in the movie industry he had many interested to know about our experience. Unfortunately, we will not be able to recommend.

Words cannot begin to express my revulsion and loathing at the prospect of Pasadena Piggies dropping over a c-note on a movie and snacks. What have we done to these children? These pampered drones are unworthy of life. May the ceiling collapse on them. Angels weep.

I never been here but if there's a market for this premium service this is great for the community. I hear the backlash from Ubiq and it really saddens me to see populist remarks even in a theatre forum. What has Obama made this world come to? Full of stupid drones upset at the rich, due to a politically driven class warfare, while collecting their extended unemployment checks at the expense of the middle class.

I am not a Pasadena Piggie. I am an adult, make a good living even in this economy, and will gladly spend a C-note so I *DON'T* have to see the little P Piggies checking their email, texting and twittering each other in a regular theater. Has nothing to do with Obama. Has to do with parents not teaching their damn kids to behave. THAT's why angels weep.

was so excited to use this kind of movie service. i didnt mind paying the extra money if the expereince was good. I went with friends and co workers. it was my 3rd time but the first for everyone else. When we got the tickets we were told we had to give one credit card number for all drinks and food. We tried to explain that we were each paying there own way. they wouldnt make the effort up front to just charge each of us for our own purchases. when the bill came we requested to each give our card and they allowed us to....two weeks later I get a bill for the entire amount and every one else was charged on their cards also...i called the mgrs 3 times over a weeks period and could not get her to pick up the phone or call me back. Then I received a voice mail from someone who does their bookkeeping and it just said " we credited you back" and hung up. never had a talk with anyone, no apologies, no efforts to save my business. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I would not recommend this place
