I'm not certain if anyone can provide info on this but, bere's my question: If I'm currently in a 2 bedroom lease with one other person and that person's girlfriend basically lives here, what are my options of recourse. Let me explain "basically lives here". She is here with him more than 5 nights a week. She sleeps over at least that much. Her "place of residence" is HIS parents house. I'm really getting sick of waiting for the bathroom, picking up 2/3rds of the mess/cleaning/dishes.. etc. I dont have my lease in front of me, but I want to confront the situation with authority, meaning "no buts about it". I'm paying half the rent/utils and being inconvenienced more than 1/2 the time. ANy help is appreciated.
