We are exhibiting all of the symptons of a third world country. We are close to becoming one, if we are not already there.

Joe, it makes sense that after 4 years the message would have gotten out to the general public. However, the truth of the matter is many people "no comprendo".. and have recently just illegal arrived. We need special programs and extensions for them.

Some people just don't want to have a hand to hold onto to go through this, they want you to hold their hand through it. Very sad.

The commercials have been out for years. News stories for at least a year. if folks don't know that digital is coming and what to do about it, there is no hope for them.
