Authorities cut the amplifiers at the end of Twist & Shout due to curfew?!?!
That reminds me of The Beatles 1969 Rooftop Concert when the London police came up and switched off George's amp right in the middle of the 2nd rendition of Get Back.
What was The Beatles' response in 1969? George turned his amp back, the band kept playing, and Paul changed the ending lyrics to mock the police. It was bloody brilliant.
Man, I miss those rebellious days of the 1960s!
