Al Pacino on Directing, Oscar Wilde and Choosing His Roles

There are 1 comment on the Daily Actor story from Sep 8, 2011, titled Al Pacino on Directing, Oscar Wilde and Choosing His Roles. In it, Daily Actor reports that:

I don't know who originally said it, but it's been said that every actor wants to secretly be a director and every director wants to secretly be an actor.A I guess that explains Quentin Tarantino , but apparently it also describes Al Pacino , an actor who is one of the best actors in the history of Hollywood.

All people, big and small have heroes, are imperfect yet perfect. We reach heights and we keep seeking. The beautiful thing about Al Pacino is that he keeps seeking and what Al loves about Wilde is that Wilde was true to himself, no matter the cost. In life, taking risks and believing in yourself is what matters. Bravo Al. And fuck the critics.
