Memorial day is not supposed to be a Day for Hollywood to make billions
Its SUPPOSED to be for remembering those who gave their all At Gettysburg Whose blood stained the Sand red at Normandy and Iwo Jima , And who Cold and Hungry breath their last at the Chosin reservoir.

No wonder slaes are down. You've got the 4th installment of a crappy animated movie (Shrek Forever After), a crappy sequel to a crappy movie about a crappy TV show about 4 crappy sluts (Sex and the City 2), an action movie about a prince from persia, which is Iraq, that's based on a video game (Prince of Persia), a superhero sequel that has been out for a month (Iron Man 2), and another crappy russel crowe action movie where he butchers a folk hero (Robin Hood).

These aren't movies that are going to drag people away from BBQs and parades.
