John Waters was once one of my hero's putting outrageous GLBT & movies about America's rebel set into funny, entertaining and bizaare stories. However, his recent one man show on Broadway and put on film, had me booing as he denounced parts of our community called the "Bear" and the "Leather" communities. He even had the hypocrasy to insult our sexual practices--none of which varied much from anything he ever put on film. He's turned into a mainstream, gossipy old lady. Sad, because he portrayed so many out of the ordinary people in love, of all sexual orientations, like the Egg Lady and the Egg Dellivery Man in Pink Flamingos. I'm very diapointed with him.
