'Notorious,' the Biggie Smalls biopic

'Notorious" is an interesting story about a smart Brooklyn teen, Christopher "Biggie" Wallace, who becomes a drug dealer and eventually a superstar rapper.

If I can see it for free I'll probably watch it since I'm a fan, but like the reviewer said the real story is more interesting then the movie.

My posse and I will be attending a showing of it this weekend at the mall.

this movie was DOPE it was so good and for all you bible thumpin rsacists commenting blow me B.I.G made history through his music and touched people's hearts. he was not a murderer and sure he may have been a drug dealrer at one point in his life but near the end he was trying to be a better person so shut up dont judge people by their pasts you make me sick.

NEW YORK - Police say four men were stabbed at a New York City nightclub advertising an after-party for the film premiere of "Notorious" about rapper Biggie Smalls.
Police said Saturday a 21-year-old victim stabbed numerous times was in critical condition at Brookdale Hospital. Three others were stable.
The Djumbala club is in the Canarsie section of Brooklyn. Police did not immediately release further information.
While the party had been promoted as the "official" after-party, "Notorious" distributor, Fox Searchlight, said it was not related.
Smalls was born Christopher Wallace and also used the stage name "Notorious B.I.G."
His debut CD, 1994's "Ready to Die," helped re-energize East Coast rap. He was killed in Los Angeles in 1997.
