Based on experience, I have become suspicious of every government Professional Services contract in South Louisiana.
The TV reported this contract was worth $60M. at $75 per hour billing rate, this represents about 400 manyears of work.
Their scope is to "advise and assist"; that is kind of fuzzy.
Are the goofy bureaucrats who run the city now going to take the advice they give?

All this means is more blacks in suites walking around city hall and police HQ sucking up more of the tax payers and governments money; and within the next year or two at the most -more blacks in suites getting indited in federal court for fraud, malfeasance, hiring only more unqualified blacks and skimming of the state contracts.Crooks are crooks are crooks.Guaranteed -mark my words.
Retro 1978 to the present or just deja vu -all over again.
