I agree with you when you state that our currency is worthless and that there is a global crisis coming. I disagree that there is some conspiracy of a new world order. We are being sold out because people have found ways to exploit the system thanks to studying and technology.

The federal reserve system is not a private bank. You can argue that private banks have undue influence and take advantage, but the system is a federal entity and is not privately owned. Do you think the answer is to create a third bank of the United States?

Geez, I just don't know. Do I listen to an anonymous blogger on topix or a Texas congessmen that has served our govt for decades that wishes to end the non-federal entity that IS the federal reserve w/o opening a THIRD bank and have the govt do what it was supposed to do decades ago and that is oversee and 'control' the money supply.
If you want answers to any other questions type them into your browser and figure them out for yourself. I'm starting to believe this is too obvious and deliberate.

I mispoke with respect to 5 presidents wishing to end the fed. Kennedy was the one president the last century to try and take control of fiscal responsibility from the fed. I should have said other central banks allowed to, or attempted to do business in this country and were not welcomed by Jackson, Lincoln, McKinley, and Garfield.

Geez, I don't know either, should you rely on facts or listen to a perennial also ran candidate for president?

How would the government oversee and control the money supply without either the federal reserve system or creating a new bank of the United States?

It's wonderful that there is agreement that a monetary policy problem exists. But nothing you have said in this thread makes any factual points or offers any actual solutions.

OK, thanks for the update. So only John F. Kennedy tried to end the "fed" and the results weren't very good for him.
