OK, this trouble with the soon to be inlaws has been a huge problem since Alan and I met 3.5 years ago. It started almost right off the bat, and no one has been well with each other since. The most recent "happening" is Alan recently moved out of a rental and decided to build a home on his grandmas property (whome doesnt live there) but his parents do. The home is 1/2 a mile away from the parent dwellings. For now, Alan is living with his mom and dad (hopefully only for a month). His dad is a COMPLETE controll freak. He has to control something about alans life constantly. I am dog savy, and alan wanted to treat me with a treat, and bought an x-pen.( I protested) Nontheless, he bought me the xpen. NOT a huge purchase at all. His little brother found the receipt and waved it around basically implying that I was a man controller. Alan got me that because he wanted to, not because I made him. Just as a Man gives a girl flowers for love, not because she demands it. His dad stormed out of his "KINGS ROOM" and said, " SO I heard you bought a dog thing today?" and my fiance happily said, "Yep!" It grieves me to see such hostile thinking towards me, and I constantly wonder if I will be able to handle living up there. There is a facade between his family to me 24/7 because of recent and past events. They can be happy and nice and just when I think all is almost well, I hear they said something about me. I HAD nothing against them, but they continued to put false accusations on me about how I act, talk and respond to any given situation. I AM SO sick of their BULL CRAP. I have no idea what to do, and I really try not to let it interfere with our love, but inevitably it does. I find myself stiff as a board depressed as hell about being "bad" and how incredibly STUPID they can be. I think, why don't I just be rude as can be around them, and show how "bad" I can REALLY be. His mom never acknowledges that I am REALLY his fiance, is a woman that nursed alans little brother until he was 5, and wants to know where alan is going ALL the time... AND when he is coming home. His brother is polite to your face but behind your back talks to his mom and dad about what he heard me saying to alan while spying on us. His sister is a drunk pot head that thinks only about school and when her next dermatoligist/hair/makeup app. will be, and his dad is the most controlling man I HAVE EVER!!!!!!!!!! MET!!! Every move is monitered, everything he sees and doesn't like he will tell you about. xpen? Man controller. Out late? Irresponsible. And somehow the fact that I am pretty ( and I do not mean that in a bragging way) Means that I have no humility even though I NEVER show my legs higher than the knee, nor shoulders or show cleavage. But somehow since I must be pretty in their eyes it makes me vain. WHAT in the hell do I do???? In conclusion: Alan moved back into his par ents, so his dad thinks he owns every inch of alans life, dictating him to not be out late, control his fiancial life, and infer that I am a man controller.
