This is a joke folks we have 2 million gang memebers out rape rob murdering stealing selling drugs while the rest of us wait to be a victim. How many victim do you think we had while the DA spent time on this case. The DA office just does not get it we need to use the Home Land security laws to round up thes gang members take the properties where they live and work these are the people who are helping them with their crimes. We need to have a gang free Ca.

It's a shame that they went home for the weekend.

Usually on Easter Phil wears a fake-green-grass wig with live chicks and bunnies in it - and they're going to miss it!

Here's the deal, I grew up in a gang area in LA. I really don't think the police and city government want to stop the gang problem completely. Here's why, if the get rid of the gang problem completely, that means let money for the city to fight gangs and less police officers to higher. So its really not in there best interest to totally eleminate the problem. I hate to say it but money plays a big role in this issue. Also, the most powerful union in California, the Correction Officers Union would not want gangs completely eleminated, that means less gaurd needed and less union dues.

Its not just gang members who try to benifit from crime.

Only the Federal Government can solve the problem. These gangs many have million dollar bisiness they branched out gone high teck they have left the police dpt. behind the out gun the out man the police and they out spend the police. the fact is to arrest 10% of the Gangs it would be 200,000 people. The State is a gang infested in S. Ca. with no plan to stop or slow gangs. they expand every year you make it harder in one place they move. We need the Army Marines. We need to build portable jails. The only way to make the place safe is to round up the urban terrorist. The population is being picked off every day. We need a gang free Ca. We need to declare an emergency and start picking up the gangs. They all ready control the areas where the operate. They will expand and take over the local government. 2 million people is the largest organaztion in S.Ca. and we allow it. Why? The Government get what the Government wants. If they wanted to clean out the gangs they would.
