Well, perhaps you have a point there. Still there is fascination with Jim Morrison and the story can bear more telling. There are few rock performers that ever had his charisma and creativity and the music still holds up well to this day. Maybe the reason why this is being covered again is because there simply is NO one around today with half of his talent or originality.

Got to agree about the cliche references to Vietnam, Kennedy, King. There was a lot more going on than that.
