It's only fitting to be rededicated....

It is rather for us to be here dedicated to the great task remaining before us -- that from these honored dead we take increased devotion to that cause for which they gave the last full measure of devotion -- that we here highly resolve that these dead shall not have died in vain -- 

We he people,
can only pray,
that this nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom -- and that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from this earth.....

This place needs to be torn down, period. This is a place where cholos go to get drunk and stoned. Nothing good or nobody ever worth mentioning ever came out of the Lincoln center and even the people in that neighborhood don't care for it. The Lincoln Center is a disgrace to President Lincoln and I am sure that he would even disapprove of the drugging and drinking that go on in and around the park and center.

But el paso Mexican representative seems to think its a community gold piece!

If you asked those visiting mexicant buffoons what he knew about their heritage or about the Lincoln center without the assistance from his family or handlers, respectively, they wouldn't know chit about their raza or the center.

Given the age of the center there is no doubt in my mind that mold and asbestos are present at in the building - expose that and the building will surely come down.

And the place has been closed for years so how can it be called a center. It's a vacant building.
