JP III sucked hard. Not just for the underpowered T.rex and overpowered Spino. But the story was not original and quite lame.
Also some real stupid things in the movie: Spino easily breaks a steel and concrete fence but fails to break a wooden door. How the fuck is wood stronger then steel and concrete?

When i look at a movie that should have some action in i want good action. TLW didnt give that but IMO JP3 did. Though i agree the fence/door part was totally retarded, its as if the part before was shot with a totally different crew.

Well if i judged on a movie or program on its accuracy (appart from documentaries as they are supposed to be but almost never are) then i would hate most of them.Though i do admit the story and script were sub par, but i dont look at that in a movie.

This ain't meant to be offensive, but to me the only people who could enjoy Jurassic Park III are children who care nothing about science and realism and who just want to see big dinosaurs eating people.

What's wrong with that? If kids love the movies like Jurassic Park and its sequels for its dinosaurs rather than science and realism, why is that a problem? Even I love the films and I'm not even a child. Far from it. In fact, I'm turning 31 in about 6 1/2 hours, give or take. That aside, I can't speak for anyone else, but I personally watch these and similar science fiction movies to enjoy the show, so to speak...not to look for scientific flaws and worry about whether it's real or not. If I want to do that, I'll watch a documentary or movie based on real events.'Nuff said?

You missed the point. Children believe these movies are reliable scientific sources. They believe that Jurassic Park III is an accurate account of what dinosaurs were like. They believe that Spinosaurus was like what it was depicted in Jurassic Park III. They believe T.rex was a scavenger because of it. They believe Spinosaurus was a fearless monster who hunted everything under the sun. Of course, none of this was true. The point is that they will trust this film over scientific studies etc and that is not good.

The entire JP trilogy would make people think Velociraptors are the evil geniuses of the Dino world and that tey are twice the size they really were. And i dont see how JP3 would make any one think t rex is a scavenger, especially since it had killed something (according to the directors it was a Parasaurolophus) and then either chased of or tried to eat some people befre Spino owned it. Though it did spout many Spino and rex haters. The orginal spouted millions of t rex fan boys but as there wasnt any other to compare it to it went un noticed.

how can they do it without stan winston

"Stan Winston, the special-effects wizard, whose work was seen in such films as The Terminator, Jurassic Park, Aliens, Edward Scissorhands, Batman Returns, and, most recently, Iron Man, died Sunday of multiple myeloma at age 62 at his home in Malibu, CA, his company, Stan Winston Studio, said Monday. In a statement, Steven Spielberg said, "My world would not have been the same without Stan. What I will miss most is his easy laugh every time he said to me,'Nothing is impossible.'" 17/06/2008"

No. There were flies surrounding it and it was rotting. That Tyrannosaurus was scavenging.

Owned it? Please do not say that...If the movie was realistic, Spinosaurus would have been killed within seconds.

Well ive seen the DVD (i think it was the dvd ) interview, and it was said to have KILLED a Parasaurolophus, that comes from the directors. Mabye the flies are there for effect? They often are put there when you see something dead.
Besides, it tried to eat the humans, thats hunting.

Spino did in a sense own it (in that it won), i never said thats what would realistically happen. Reallistically i would expext a stare down and cautious aproaches rather than mindless holowood style charging.

Can't Tyrannosaurus be both a scavenger AND a hunter? If it sees live prey, do you think it's just going to sit there and wait for something else to kill it and then, claim it for its own? Now, that would be pretty stupid if it did that, wouldn't it? And, if a dead carcass is available, I would think it would also eat it, too. So, I say he's both a scavenger and a hunter. Don't try and change my mind for those of you who think he's one or the other and not both. You'd just be wasting your time because my mind is set and I will not change my mind, no matter what.

I know- Laura Dern is sneaking around a dino lab, gets injected with dino DNA, and becomes a half human/half dino that must be killed, but she's so sexy no one wants to do it. Then a Raptor bites her head off and everyone comes down from their stupidity. Then they kill the raptors in a murderous rage. Then Jack Swallow plunders them for their dino eggs, which are worth twice the aztec gold treasure. But they're cursed.

Oh, who cares?

It would be good if they made Troodon the main villain. They could have a pack of Troodons, and they could kill people.
