What is going on with Wesley Snipes and Forrest Whitaker? Why is there such a preponderance of black celebrities who refuse to pay taxes? These two for example, can well afford to do so. What's up with Snipes and his paramilitary training camp he tried to get planning approval for a while back? That should startle people more than the income tax issue! If you want to know how many people are not paying their taxes...do the math. Look at how many 1099's and W4's the IRS say were sent out and then look for how many 1099's and W2's the IRS say were returned in the form of 1040's...
