Julia Child's name tag on PBS

In the PBS Series Julia wears what appears to be a name tag with a design, including a symbol that looks like a backwards Capital E. Does anyone know what this name tag said or better yet point me to a clear copy on the web. We're trying to do similar tags for a themed french dinner.

Have you been able to find the logo/name tag info? I am wanting to do a theme dinner like Julia's? Did you have your party? Thanks.M
