this was all about reducing the proportion of blacks living in new orleans & it succeeded, so nobody in the executive branch is going to say anything went wrong

HOMELAND SECURITY,FEMA SHOULD BE INVESTAGATED BECAUSE THEY DO MORE DAMAGE THAN GOOD !!!!
