I think the Oscars are always a fun event to watch.

I wonder why so few people watched the Oscars last year. What else was on TV?

It's always worth it to watch the Oscars just to see the dresses. And make fun of the dresses.

A date that will live in infamy! A bunch of self indulgent, self promoting, self absorbed, elitist. They make their opulent living off the very thing many of them take stands against. Free Market Capitalism and America. Why do too many Americans give them so much credit for so little pains me. Many were just Americans until they made it big. Now they think they are above us. Above the law, deserve special treatment and access. Unfortunately in many cases they're RIGHT! Look at their politics and boycott the ones that boycott US!

The ceremonies seemed more elegant and certainly more fun when everyone was seated at those large round tables full of things to drink and probably something to eat. The audience now just looks uncomfortable.
