as a matter of fact - meatball - they found enough vesicant gas to kill 800,000 people - more than the death toll of hiroshima and nagasaki
and that's at the lethal dose - the dose to blind or cripple would have been in the millions
they found enough yellowcake to make a dozen nukes even if crudely refined - saddam was seeking technology to refine yellowcake to make far more than a dozen nukes
once again you spew bull meatball man
This from the official report:

"The screening of samples of chemical agents taken by the Special Commission from various types of munitions and storage containers during the period 1991-1994 showed that the nerve agents had degraded to various levels and that the agent content was generally below 10 per cent and sometimes below 1 per cent. In a few cases, the purity of nerve agents remained around 20 to 30 per cent."

The US was the THIRD Country in the world to abolish slavery, after England and France. But WE are the bad guys. We had a Civil War, with 600,000 deaths to rid the Country of slavery, but the great, great, great, great, great grandchildren of the survivors are still held reponsible? 2% of 1/3 of the Country owned slaves, and there have been millions of immigrants since then, but ALL people who cannot claim slave descent are liable? Saudi Arabia didn't outlaw slavery, for another 100 years, in 1962, but WE are evil? Most muslim Countries STILL engage in slavery, but WE are avoiding?
Bite a fat rat's backside!
Most of my family came to the US AFTER 1870. Of those here prior to that time, NONE lived in slave States. For that matter, my family never lived in a State that recognized Jim Crow. I have family member of every race and living across the world, but I'm still guilty? Of what? If YOUR heritage can be traced to Africa, are you guilty of Robert Mugabe's Crimes? Idi Amin's? The Boer's? The ANC's? Guilt by association is B$, ya bigot!
Interesting and eloquent.

there are still places in france where vesicant gas from WW1 can be detected

they are horribly persistant, where nerve agent either breaks down or is dispersed in a relatively short time

the only advantage of nerve agent is quick lethality

vesicant gases are far nastier than nerve agent

bottomline - they found and continue to find weapons of mass destruction.....
Just because they aren't nuclear doesn't make them a weapon of less destruction...
That they were being hidden and not destroyed tells a lot.
That they would not cooperate with the investigation tells a lot.

what is most telling is that saddam held on to the yellowcake instead of using it for weapons

he was obviously waiting until he had the means to make a lot of bombs instead of just a few

had the israelis not taken out those breeder reactors he would have had plutonium nukes by 1993

Uh...yea...ok. The quote was specific to "chemical agents" not "vesicant gases" so I don't know what crack you're smokin' MissQ. Maybe you should try snorting it.

What is most telling is that you are a blithering idiot, believing all the BS that your Moron In Chief and his Stooges told you. It was all a LIE, and you sucked it down like a gay prostitute working the Navy pier:

"There's no question that Iraq was a threat to the people of the United States."
White House spokeswoman Claire Buchan, 8/26/03

"We ended the threat from Saddam Hussein's weapons of mass destruction."
President Bush, 7/17/03

Iraq was "the most dangerous threat of our time."
White House spokesman Scott McClellan, 7/17/03

"Saddam Hussein is no longer a threat to the United States because we removed him, but he was a threat...He was a threat. He's not a threat now."
President Bush, 7/2/03

Now MissyQ, I'm sure you'll refuse to open this link for fear that it contains a virus that will scorch your shriveled ball-sacks or show a pic of your wife going down on your brother, but in case you really want to learn something, here goes:

your quote doesn't mention vesicant gases at all - hydrogen peroxide is a "chemical agent" too

it only mentions nerve agent which is a completely different category of WMD

hey cheesedick

saddam could have used some yellowcake to make two low grade nukes - one for a demonstration shot and one as a deterrent - and that would probably have saved him from invasion

however with the low tech means saddam had he would have used maybe ten times the yellowcake for two nukes where having a higher tech would have enabled making a dozen nukes from the same amount

that's a dead giveaway that he was waiting for higher tech, and waiting cost him his life

now show me where you find that in any report issued by the bush administration

"you sucked it down like a gay prostitute working the Navy pier:"

take a look at this - every two faced lefty I've ever known kept a well-concealed hatred for gays, but would make a fake show of supporting gay rights in public

leftists are the worst kind of hypocrites

freckles are nearly exclusive to the gallic race

gauls are notable for having red hair and green eyes

britain and ireland were settled by gauls from europe

they got blond hair and blue eyes from their gothic german conquerors
