Unpopular wars lead to unpopular movies - at least for movies released while the war is still going on.

yes, its a very moving film.
it was so Real in some parts
being an X-wife (I so choose to call myself)

But, being on this side, a spouse of the one whom goes off to War...

something your proud of and so torn by
because noone seems to understand
the pride the pain
the horror
the dignity

you have to hurt and hurt with every deployment!
you do become numb!

worried
without anyone knowing how much!
writing letters that may never get sent
but you write them anyhow.
ignoring television.

believing and hoping and trusting
people will understand
out of dedication to country
they serve.

wanting your spouse honored but seldom getting it!
because of the pangs of polictics.

the war movies have not done well,
becuz noone wants another vietnam
soldiers spit upon!!!
trust me!

But, this movie isn't like the rest!
its extremely touching!

done very emotionally and delicate.
you feel honored as a soldiers spouse
and this movie should of went nationwide
over memorial day weekend.
not that
other one
warinc
my opinion

This movie pulls the heart of the soldier right out of battle and doesn't answer the why's?
or the how's comes?
or anything!
but, it shows the pain and the suffering of the soldiers family.

The unseen heroes.
much like the soldiers themselves.

I was very touched and appreciated this film.
Freedom isn't Free for none!

Appreciate JohnC for doing such a tender beautiful job that just was so extra special and the girls were just as good.
really a special movie.

From someones whose been there
thank-you
heart moving bring the tissues.
