Well Phil Spector seems like a creep but you can't convict anyone for looking and acting like a creep......the evidence seems to leave reasonable doubt and that's exactly why he wasn't convicted the first time.

My gut is that he is guilty but a gut feeling is not enuff to take away someone's freedom for what will most likely be the rest of his life.

Hope this is not the same type of jury who acquitted OJ Simpson of the double murders. I also hope this is not the same type of jury who found Ex-Sheriff Mike Carona guilty of only 1 charge (witness tampering), instead of all 6 charges, including corruption charges.

I disagree that there isn't enough evidence. The jury came back 10 to 2 for a conviction of first degree murder in the first trial. I think this time it probably has something to do with what charge are they going to convict him of. I don't believe it was first degree premeditated murder more like second degree murder. How many times are you going to put a gun in someone's face before something tragic happens. It took him 6 times.

Reasonable doubt, this guys luvs guns, shot them in ceilings, freaked out John Lennon (who woul dnever work with him again)) and think about this who goes to someone else house to commit suicide, no one, never heard of it unless they are doing a murder suicide- ergo this was a plain olde kiling by spector, he l(o)(o)ks like a nut, cant pick a wig & needs to join the Folsom glee Klub- SOON

The jury is allowed to consider second degree murder -they don't have to deliberate on first degree murder. Also manslaughter. I too feel there is plenty of evidence to convict him. It's just that a good defense lawyer twists facts and bamboozles jurors into overthinking the evidence in front of them and confuse "beyond a shadow of a doubt" (not necessary) with "reasonable doubt".
It is so ridiculous to think because she got sloshed over there and wanted to GO HOME, that she then thought about her career and that she wasn't an A-list star so I guess I'll just kill myself at Phil Spector's house right now. I mean please....the jury should need no more than a few hours to come to an agreement on something so damn obvious. This time Phil screwed up big time and the gun went off.
