I believe he has enough money to last him til death and still enough for his kids to live very well for the rest of their lives. However he does not intend to spend a dime on Bakleys kids other than Rosie. I think he should be made to compensate all the kids and i think he has hid his money some where.

If he is smart he will sue the Bakely estate for the costs of his trial.

I've done nothing wrong and time will prove me right!
How much money do you think I have? Don't be foolish. 30 million dollars is a lot of money and I haven't made any real money siince the 1970's for christ sake. If I did have any money left you can be sure the vulture lawyers and accountants will eat everything to the bone and leave me with bus fare.. if I'm lucky.
If you see me on the street --toss me a nickel will ya doll?

I believe that if a person is found not guilty in the criminal courts then they should not be dragged into a civil case for the same thing. I know that Double dLaw puts a halt to someone being charged twice for the same crime. To Bad that Double Jeopardy Law doesn't cover civil too. I say leave the man alone. He has already paid in more ways than money can count. He has lost his wife, lost his baby girl, lost his money, lost his career, and For goodness sake He is in his seventies what else does society want from him for something that he was found not guilty of. Doesn't the babies half brothers and sisters want him to be able to leave her something. It isn't her fault that her mother was proven to be a con-artist. How do we know that her family didn't get her killed just so they could try to get the child from him and money because he is in his seventies. I am glad that his daughter and her husband adopted that beautiful little girl. I also hope that Blake is allowed to spend time with her. By the way, Why isn't the police trying to find who actually killed his wife instead of everyone dragging Blake through the mud.

I think it is sinfull how people want money because someone dies especially after you were found not guilty. By the way My Dad was a big fan of yours. He was really disappointed when they cancelled your TV series. Good Luck on the appeal.

The civil trial is just another form of double jeopardy which is supposed to be illegal in this country. If a person is found not guilty in a criminal trial then the investigation into the crime should be reopened by the authorities. If and when the real criminal is found or if new evidence comes to light that proves the original suspect did the crime, then a new criminal trial should be held. It is then and only then that the family of the victim should be given the right to sue in a civil trial.

By the way, I doubt very much that the person posting on this board using the name Robert Blake is the real Robert Blake.

They should have sent that scumbag Robert (Baretta) Blake to prison. Hope the 30 million dollar judgement sends that idiot straight to the trash dump. Bonnie's kids should see a lot of sweet pay checks, from all the sweat Blake put into a lot of films.

Marge is a sweetheart! very awesome christain sweet lady, she loved her sis the same as anyone. An no Robert didn't lose his wife! You should hear the real story, the one ya didnt hear in court! Lots of people were paid off and involved. once key people die from old age, the truth will come out. Till then.. its a bitch and dangerous world an ya gotta hide n watch ya back!
As for the civil case, remember... the family didnt put an amount on it.. The jury did. And Blake still hasnt paid a penny. You didnt know this but a few months ago, the daughter was offered to settle with 100K, after lawyer fees, thats shit! Trust me, the family has regained a sort of sanity and common wealth after the whole mess. It's sad when you See Holly n her daughter n know that child wont ever get to meet her grandmother.. especially when she looks sooo much like her!
SHIT PEOPLE-SHIT WORLD!

Hello,

Please don't listen to anything negative. I understand how you must have felt. I think people are naturally mean, and have to fight not to judge anyone.
People who were trying to figure out what happened shouldn't have been. Until they have walked in your shoes they can't know how you felt, what you did or didn't do..etc.

I have read about you and your life along the way. I know you were so sad and hurt by your father, that it still hurts today.
I want you to know I care about you and so does God.
Our family sent you a card when you were in that hell hole prison. I am not some weirdo or a crazed fan. My husband and I both care about you.

Please email me and I will reply to you personally, because I have something that I think you would like to read, but I don't think anyone else should nose into your business anymore.
You can trust me.
I don't know if you can believe me. I have had a problem with trust myself. I love God and I love people.
I was given a gift from God. Wanna know how I received this gift of sensitivity? I was abused mentally, tortured when I was a child by my peers.
Now, today, 33 years later, I finally see how God took a horror and made good from it. I can see a persons soul. I can see the inner person God meant that person to be. I have helped many in my walk here. I want to be your email friend. I am happily married, I just want to be your friend.

I so agree with you. I will never believe Robert Blake is guilty of killing Blakely. It is too bad the woman died but I do not believe Robert killed her. Let the man live his life in some sort of normal copasity. He has certainly earned that. I absolutely hate those people who "fanticize" about being with a celebrity. What is wrong with them? Sure.. it would be nice to have the money they can earn at their craft bhowever the constant harassment of hanger-oners would not be worth it to me. I would rather be a nobody (which I am) and be happy and live a normal life. Good luck Mr. Black. I support you .. loved your movies (still watch CoAST to Coast on occasion) and respect the star that you will always be. Keep your head up and know that not everyone believes all they read in the papers.

I had not heard anything about Robert Black for some time and was curious about how hs is. Well, I hope. He was put through much too much with all this. I will never believe he was guilty. Never. I am sorry Ms Blakely was killed, I really am, but I think they went after the wrong person and never looked back. Too bad. Best of luck to Mr. Blake. He IS a great actor and I think a good person or he would never have been taken in the way he was. Hope he is well, happy and able to put this behnd him. He deserves a normal life. Finally!

yo, Kansan... you wouldn't ever believe or know how he truely treated Bonnie.

You need to ask some more questions before making a judgment.

I always looked at these hollywood things from afar, that was untill I personally met Marg, Bonnie's sister.

Judge marg how you want, she's normal, still distraut, hurt, and helpless.

ya wanna know more, reply an ill let ya know the details.

I just read you comment. I am sure I don't know the whole story, but aren't there always two sides to each> I don't mean that rudely but seriously. I am sure Robert Blake has a temper but did Bonnie not chase after him? Surely he did not secure her and make her stay with him. I honestly feel that too often the fact thas someone is as star puts blinders on young men and women. I am sorry that Bonnie is gone... do not ever doubt that... but I also believe if she was mistreated so badly she could have left. I will always admire Robert Blakes work. I am old enough to even remember Little Beaver, so watched him grow up. He is a very talanted man. Hope this explains that I did not mean to be disrespectful to Bonnie. I didn't. For everyones sake, especially Rosie, I hope things can go on and she can be rained by people who love and care for her. In the long run that is all that can matter now. Thanks for your reply.

Just read "Nutlry" post. Are you related to either Bonnie or Robert Blake? I truly do not know what happened. I have always thought Robert is an excellent actor. It is hard to believe he could have done something like that. I am not a nut case, I just do not know. Sad, either way.
