Nice story, but you had to overcome the credibility of the silly statement about your friend doing the work of 3 1/2 people. Either she's working so many hours that the company would be paying far too much overtime and would not have a personnel cost savings or they had too many people to begin with and everyone got used to a light work load.

Maybe this company was operating like the government -- 3.5 people doing one job.
