The Vikings founded the Great Russian state. I hope that Mr. Gibson will present the Vikings for our view not only as a ruthless and vicious Gentiles.

Well, like The Passion Of The Christ, which Mel took from the Holy Bible, and caught a lot of hell for dong so. Mel's Viking movie might offend some of you Russian people too, like it did some Jewish people out there that don't like hearing the truth said.

I would like to see the history of the Vikings is closer to the truth of life. I do not want to think that a negative story from his personal life affect the storyline of the new film. To avoid this, Mr. Gibson could have more acquainted with the history of the Vikings. Perhaps it is useful to read the book "History of the Russian State" by Karamzin, Russian writer, written on the baze of the ancient Russian historical chronicles. In any case, the Russian people - a conglomeration of tribes and peoples who have received their common name from the ancient tribe of Vikings - "Russ" will be waiting with great interest this film, especially since it will be created by Mr. Gibson .

I would like any movie Mel Gibson makes. Mel doesn't mean to offend anyone with the movies he makes, I'm sure. I think people can't just sit back and watch a movie and enjoy it without being too judgemental or get offended by it. The Bible says "don't dwell on the past", and people do, and that is why they hold on to hate in their heart. People rather hold on to hate than forgive, hurt someone than to show love, respect, and compassion for others. They have prove that with Mel Gibson over and over again since 2006.

Yet his historical films I like more than others. Maybe because I'm closer to a philosophical subtext, though action in his films, too, always original and unpredictable. Special thanks to the fact that he makes films on location, rather than using the computer and the main characters in his acting always new faces, but not stopped by the media spoiled star. But I can not watch his movies for more than two times. In the first as a blow to the head, watch a movie in one breath, and the second time already begin to notice the details. But if I watch a movie for the third time, I can see only pure action and do not want to watch more. Probably, his films are too strong on the emotional spirit, like himself.
