I bought the DVD documentary and I agree with the review. Haskell Wexler is intimidating to his son and a pain in the ass to those he worked with. But the truth is he is a genius! Balancing a good homelife with one's art is something Mr. Haskell Wexler wasn't able to do. But, then how many are. I'm not excusing his obnoxious behavior in any way only commenting on it.

Thanks for such an insightful look at the film!
