I have to confess - as a grownup, I really don't find him that funny at all. That Borat movie was a mildly amusing sketch that would have been best kept as a 5-minute sketch, and not bloated into a tiresomely redundant movie. But then, I tend to not really enjoy "character"-driven humor; once you've established who and what the character is (look! he's an awkward immigrant who says and does inappropriate things because he doesn't know any better!), you quickly run out of scenarios where you can have him say and do inappropriate things and still have it be funny. Worse still, to me, is the clear sense that Cohen is *trying* to be funny. He's way too forced, way too deliberate. It seems like he's always trying to fight the urge to turn to the camera and say, "See? Isn't this funny? Aren't I funny?"
But, there's an audience for everything, I suppose, even for adults who are still trying to be the class clown..

Oh, I love the brain candy, definitely. I just found that movie tiresome and repetitive - same basic gags over and over again. Borat doesn't understand something about Americans. Borat says something inappropriate. People think Borat's weird. Borat doesn't understand something. Borat says something inappropriate. Repeat for another 118 minutes.
As I said, something for everybody..

I too don't get the attraction. He just isn't funny to me. To each his own.

Must this flaming queer be plastered all over the internet? He obviously has no talent. If he did, he would stick to that instead of performing asinine stunts.
