Somehow I cannot believe that this recording is a recent one. As per recent video bytes seen on TV, his voice had become quite frail, a far cry from his booming voice of past. This recording is still his booming voice and he says a sentence "aap sab aaye" as if it was some public interaction occasion... anyway... i cant believe it is a recent recording... from the archives most likely..

Yes, it is collection of his speeches related to various functions. However, his selection story is new for us on his own voice.
