Benatar belts 'em out, Blondie breathy, laid-back at Musikfest

Two pioneering female rock acts, Pat Benatar and Blondie, performed on the Sands RiverPlace stage Friday night in terrific shows as different from each other as the outfits each wore.

I saw the show, I saw the show in Phoenix, too. This writer is biased. Blondie stole the show from OUR beloved Pat with their cover of MJ's "Don't Stop 'til You Get Enough".

I had a crush on Pat Benatar until I saw her live and realized she was a dwarf. She can sing though.

I saw the show too and was transformed back to the 80's! I thought it was funny that Pat Benatar won't sing the line "before I put another notch in my lipstick case..." I guess being married as long as she has been with kids, it isn't appropriate? Great show by both icons. The Donnas...I guess if I was still 20 I'd like them, but I'm not.
