Although it's very hard to tell at this stage when I haven't yet seen everything, but I'm feeling awards season may have a lighter hue this year.

People become trash by their attitude and conduct, not by their economic conditions. To be sure, I wouldn't care to hang out with rednecky types. But so many spoilt brats from well-off families behave like juvenile delinquents, and then lawyers hired by their rich mommies and daddies bail their pathetic posteriors out.

The only difference between rich people's poop and poor people's poop is that poor people can't afford to mask the stink of their version by spraying French perfume on it.

My mother taught me "honesty is the best policy."

As I have ventured out into this world for 50+ years, she has been proven to have been right over and over again.

Dishonesty is contagious. Once a person convinces himself or herself that it's OK to lie and cheat to get what you want, it's a hard habit to break. Even when they're caught, they feel compelled to tell new lies to cover their old lies.

Go ahead and call Jina "entertaining" as she lies and claims that cheating is easy. I know I'm in the right.
