"Airwolf" for Auction on eBay

All right, all right, it wasn't the greatest show on TV - and this is just a replica - but still, it's Airwolf! I mean, I loved Ernest Borgnine as "Santini." Of course, the auction is available only to pre-approved bidders.

I remember way back when the series came on. The "Blue Thunder" series had been on for about 6 months on ABC (I think), then "Airwolf" appeared on CBS. Both series eventually fought head to head on the same night and same time. Airwolf won, and Blue Thunder was cancled.

Then came Knight Rider. Rider took the friday spot, opposed to Airwolf. Airwolf moved to Tuesdays, and Rider took Fridays. Then Airwolf lasted a while, and went away, while Rider was just getting started.

Aha! I was around 20 yrs old at this time.
A cherished memory of youth.

The main reason the show was cancelled was Jan-Michael Vincent, who turned out to be a no-talent bruiser who enjoyed beating up women.

The actual "hand" that starred in the original "Addams Family" teleivision show in the 60's is on auction at Sothebys in NYC. The hand, now mummified, was said to have belonged to Liberace and rumour has it that it still can play a pretty mean Piano.

I remember the puppet show the thunder birds. Thor, Felix the cat, school class show the train that could. Wagon train, wonder if any of that is for sale? Anyone remember the Winnie The Poo cereal that looked like him with the metal screw on cover at the bottom and when empty it can be used as a piggybank?
