How has the Jurassic Park franchise survived extinction?

they should make it to where the US Government is training Dinosaurs (raptors) to hunt down and kill enemies in war. and be able to tell the difference between an enemy and an ally.

yeah i read that. but i don't know if it is that one or not that said the US Gov is training dinosaurs to use guns. which is kinda retarded. I think they should train them to kill the enemy by stalking them, like raptors. or give some humans dinosaur genes. making an ultimate super human.
