I saw the movie last night and thoroughly enjoyed it! I thought Nicholson & Freeman were both terrific! But as Nicholson's character said in the movie, nobody cares what you think! lol

Had the pleasure of seeing The Bucket List yesterday. Having read Mr. Smith's review today, I find his comments trifling at best. Perhaps his review should be cross-cut and placed in the Tribune's rubbish heap. I would encourage his readers to see the movie. I trust they will come away with a totally different experience.

We just saw the movie and it was wonderful....very heartwarming, very sensitive and very Morgan Freeman/Jack Nicholson. I'd recommend it to anyone over 50....it was great!

As they say in Hollywood, this is a "forgettable." Saw it a week ago and can't remember the ending, and I would go out of my way to see a Morgan Freeman movie. I DO remember the great "dying" scene and can tell you from first hand experience, someone who dies from cancer does not go that Hollywood way. You do NOT want to be in the room when they expire. Want nightmares? Just pull the Hollywood hero act and hold onto them as they slip off into eternity

I was there for my father when he slipped away. I would not trade that experience for anything. I have good dreams about my experience, not nightmares. Death is a part of life. To be able to comfort someone at the end is a privilage

I watched the movie with a group of friends. We really liked it. I live in Ohio. I drove to Wabash Indiana to visit friends there. The film was showing at the Huntington Theater in Huntington Indiana. It was a film were you come to terms with life and also. It also gives little messages to us. One was that if you can make some one else happy in life you are also a happy man or women. One thing Id love to have is a pair of those reading glasses that Jack wore in the film when reading in bed. Please if anyone know of were I can get a pair or two let me know ....Please. Thanks

Just saw the Bucket List and it is a great movie. I have always liked Morgan Freeman but this is the 1st time I think I have really seen this Morgan Freeman....a quiet, thoughtful, religious kind of guy who has high morals, quiet voice with a calming effect -- I just loved his character! Jack, as usual, was great and really looked the part of a dying man. They made a great team and I most heartily recommend Bucket List !

very good film - it makes you feel the way you want to
feel when you go to the movies, whether you think it "hokey" or not.

Daily Horoscope for January 7

Capricorn

You'll have difficulty finding equilibrium in your emotional life at the moment; try to control the impulsive side of your character. At work, your usual powers of intuition will be clouded. Fits of feverishness may bother you and break down your energy. If you can get out into the countryside for a walk, you'll feel much better.
