This movie sounds like the perfect night out for seventh and eighth grade boys at or on the brink of puberty---and everyone else who shares the same intellectual comic sensibility. That said, expect Bruno to be a HUGE hit a la "Ace Ventura."

How did Borat exactly flaunt American Anti-Semitism? Borat himself was the one who thought of Jews as evil (although Cohen himself is Jewish...and the 'running of the Jews' scene was "filmed in Borat's homeland of Kazakhstan"). If anything, it shows American xenophobia. Borat the character is no Jewish himself. Way to pay attention...

I think he is hilarious , I have not seen this yet, but I am going this weekend to see it. Borat was gr8. He is just laughing at sterotypes and making people laugh and think about how stupid some things are. Public Enemies is good but it is too long.

Have you actually seen the movie Borat? It is clear in several scenes that Sacha BAron Cohen exposes American hostility for the Jewish community, namely the scene where a group of bored/getting-close-to-angry bar attendants watch Cohen/Borat sing a country song until it starts speaking of 'throwing[ing] the Jew down the well so my country can be free', at which point they hee-haw and sing along enthusiastically. Come on dude, have a left brain and we'll listen more. Deal?

Hype, hype and more phony hype top prop up a waste of time and $. Cohen is like an infection in the film world that needs to GO AWAY and most know it. Degrade yourself and watch it if you like.

The clips made me wince. It does in fact seem like a gay minstrel show. None, I repeat none, of my homo homies act like that. It may be fun to watch for a bit but it may just get to the embarrassing 'enough, we get it' stage real fast. But then again, I thought Borat was only so-so, so maybe I'm just not that into Cohen's type of humor.
