I've just seen the video to Bye Bye and I must say Mariah does look extremely happy.
Its nice to see Mariah finally looking really happy it seems to have taken away a lot of the wooden edge away (tense/nervous)- so I hope Nick keeps her really happy.

If the ring was actually bought by Mark with Mariah's money without her knowledge for Nick to give her, that constitutes fraud and is grounds for an annullment.
