JA isnt being "hunted", he's decided to break bail, hide in the ecudorian embassy in London, he makes one error of judgement after another. Currently he is facing being charged for sexual crimes, such as rape and sexual molestation, but he hides away, the USA may not like him but the persecution that he continually shouts about is a figment of his imagination. As yet he has been unable to come up with one single piece of evidence that indicates that the USA is after him, and wishes to extradite him to the US to stand trial. Sweden can not extradite him to the US, even if they requested it, if the charges the US were to set out have a potential death sentence, that is down to an EU legal agreement, secondly in international extradition law a person can not be extradited from a country, where he/ she has already been extradited to, with permission of the country that he was originally extradited from. This means that even if the US were after him, it would be harder for them to get him from Sweden, as the UK would have to agree, secondly the charges that JUlian alledges the USA will try himfor have a potential death sentence to them,so under EU law which Sweden is a signatory to, they would not be allowed to extradite Julian to the US.
Answer me this, what is Julian afraid of ?
We've now established he cant be extradited to the US for charges he alledges are being made against him. Might it just be a case that he's a little bit frightened that his sexual activities may come out in full, and he be found guilty of Rape or some other sexual crime.
He has cleverly fooled so many of you to believe that he's the victim in this.... WAKE UP, he's not the victim, he's the one that police wish to question about a rape !! Time he acted like a man and faced up to the women that have accused him of the serious crimes. If he's innocent, that will come out in court, but hiding away in an embassy is cowardly. He has also cost a number of friends who have had to forfeit sureties and bail, a number can not afford to lose that kind of money. Julian agreed to certain bail conditions but being the man he is, he decided after a while he didnt like them so broken yet another agreement.... Hardly a man to be trusted with anything, let alone stolen state secrets, most of which he doesnt understand, or appreciate the implications of his actions, he has put people's lives at risk, due to his silly idea that there should be no secrets and complete transparency within governments.....WAke up and get in the real world.
The sooner Julian is sent to Sweden the better.
