Maggie Ghallager has a lovely contralto, I hear. She's tuning up as we speak.

I still don't understand how people are complaining about the economy, but rooting for anti equality groups that spend millions on trying to deny rights. Eventually marriage equality will be passed, it's only a matter of time, yet people pour so much money into slowing the process, it's simply speed bumps. Why not put the money where it's needed, into the economy instead of wasted on ads to deny rights that will, no matter what, be given at some point in time?

I'm amazed how they forget that in 2006, Arizona failed passing an amendment on the right to marry, then had to vote on it again in 2008 and it passed......so, would these cancel each other out?

It has been voted down, but somehow the anti-gay marriage equality folks believe that will never change and as long as Frank Schubert is running these campaigns.......they will fail eventually, could be this year or next.....but it will happen!!!

They can't admit even the possibility of losing a vote. It will destroy their carefully crafted narrative that an overwhelming majority of American oppose gays or lesbians marrying.

All they can do is deny it's even possible.

Of course once they DO lose, they'll simple deny they ever made such claims or dismiss it as insignificant.

Exactly.......by the way, looked through all the polls this morning.....and the margin of a Romney win is shrinking!!!

What really makes me crazy about those claims of theirs is that they present their "winning" votes as it 100% of the population voted against equality. However, in most cases, nearly 50% of voters voted FOR equality. The reality is the difference was a very small number of voters (which is a *really* small percentage of the overall population!).

What do you want to bet that as soon as their side loses one, they'll start screaming and crying about the 40-some-percent of voters that are being "disenfranchised" by their loss.

And what do you want to bet that I'll be right there telling them to "SUCK IT!!" because they didn't give a crap when OUR side was the 40-some-percent, did they??

Watch Florida, Virginia, & Ohio. If Obama wins ANY of those 3 states, he almost certainly wins reelection.

Polls close in FL & VA at 7; OH at 7:30.

I think it's gonna be an early night.

Agreed. I can't wait to hear them attempt to spin a loss as anything but a loss

Btw, in Maine we lost by just 13,000 votes in '09.

39 hrs till the polls close in Maine & Maryland.

The tragic opera doesn't begin until the 2014-16 cycle.
