Thanks to Barry Clairmont and Christine Yon for putting the taxpayers first. This funding approval is another in a series of bad government decisions under the non-leadership of Bianchi. Here we are in the worst of times and Bianchi is giving away pay raises to the teachers union who just screwed the city out of 20 million grant funds. I don’t know about you but is hard to believe that anyone would reward the teachers union for BAD behavior. Thanks Mayor Bianchi for another blunder.

Clairmont and Yon are full ****. I think it's all of a dirty joke on the taxpayers. They takes turns acting like they're concerned for the taxpayers. It's doubtful any of them didn't know how this would turn out in advance and that the approval for the use of free cash to pay for the teacher's raises would pass. Yon, Krol, Clairmont, Lothrop, Sherman and the rest of them including Bianchi are same waste they were last month and will be next month. And that was nice touch, their phony indignation that anyone, especially one of their own, would suggest that any one of them lack integrity. Krol was especially funny when the word integrity came out of his month.

And the truth is if there's some screw up and things don't go as planned/pre-arranged there's always the "first votes don't count rule". This was the case when in Feb.2011 the city council voted on a new position which to some councilor[s] understanding required an eight vote super-majority approval. When the vote failed to get the results expected they just voted it all over again. And to no ones surprise this time it passed. Because sometimes first votes don't count if it doesn't come out the way they planned it, I guess.

After Mazzeo and Ruberto clashed on the issue of whether a job in question was in fact a new job and subject to certain voting rules, Dohoney, who I believe was never the subject of a no confidence vote, disagreed. In the end Gerry Lee agreed that the council has not acted legally but to remedy that issue Dohoney, who I believe was never the subject of a no confidence vote, made a new ruling that states first readings have no legal standing. All of this over how a questionable job Ruberto created, and Mazzeo questioned, to which Ruberto answered, "Because at the time it felt good, that my answer."

Well anyway the city did get paint chips from Springside house analized for the very reasonable gift of $250,000 to Shaker Village. So there's that success story of money well spent. No wonder there's a need for another drug clinic in Pittsfield.

And Yon didn't fool anyone last night with her attempt to pick open the scab on the No Confidence vote. You could see she wanted to pick at it with her feeble, I dropped the issue last month so as to not hurt my fellow councilors and the city can heal and now this ugly open meeting thing from councilor Mazzeo. I just don't understand it. We've already to moved past that dark issue and moved forward. After my fellow coucilors and I got to rip apart the city solicitor and the mayor. And then because I care so much about the citizens and our beautiful city I dropped the issue, after my fellow councilors and I had our fun, I dropped the issue. And now this, ugly accusation of violating the "open meeting" thing from that Mazzeo woman. Out of nowhere comes this, accusations of violations. Attacking our integrity which my fellow councilors and I take very seriously. Where do these things come from. We all just to move forward and do what the citizens expect of us. And now councilor Mazzeo starts something like this. SHAAAAMMMM!

Yon was trying for an Emmy award with that performance. Remind me again why she is on the council. Remind her too as i think she was misinformed as to her expected duties.

Yon has voted against every employee raise in the school budget since she was elected. She did not vote for any of Roberto’s school budgets and was the only councilor that exposed the misuse of a onetime grant the school department used to create a long term liability. You sound like the Town Clown Joe Nicholas who voted for all Roberto’s budgets and then criticized them afterword.

Here is my system:(I will share)

I buy the racing form. I put it up in my belly. Then I spank my monkey and pick the pony with the prettiest stain.

Hey it works every time.

sometimes it picks horses way up toward the top -- a long shot!

I refuse to gamble on the Indian reservations because that's sacred ground!

Where was the burly man with a head full of curly locks, dressed in jeans and black tee-shirt, the voice of reason in the snake pit that is the city hall city council meeting? If I was Mazzeo I would demand to be moved away from Yon for fear that whatever she suffers from maybe contagious. Actually I think a safer option might be that Yon, Sherman, Krol, Lothrop and Clairmont be restrained in chemical straight jackets for all future meetings. I don't believe that would be out of order or unreasonable.

And who was thought I would have found "chemical straitjacket" in a report condemning DCF. Facts abouts Foster care children Abused with Psychotropic drugs. Mind-altering drugs given to some babies in DCF's care. "One in four children who have been removed from the care of their parents and placed in foster homes are being heavily medicated to control their emotions and behaviours."

And who would have thought..........and now I believe the chemical straitjacket option is even more appropriate for some on the city council.
