Who decided who the school was to be named after with taxpayer money? I doubt taxpayers would have voted for such a politically decisive person, who contributed so little to anything outside his narrow interests. The decision was political, but who made it? Thanks to the continuing shiteous reporting by the Press Telegram, I guess we'll never know.
