There are people to pick crops. The able-bodied who are on assistance. If you're able-bodied, work, go to school or don't eat.

I've found that in my own life, hunger has been a great motivator. Then again, I was taught that it's better to die than to accept freebies.

You were taught by people who had values and self-respect, and were taught to have self-reliance and personal responsibility. There are stats out there that prove that the very people the government helps the most, actually do the worst. People have the choice to succeed, or just give up and become a ward of the government for life. Which choice gives the most personal satisfacton as well as personal dignity???

Nobody should ever be ashamed that he or she has "made it" due to their personal ethic of working hard for oneself and one's family.

American citizens will not do the farm labor we can do. Many want $25 an hour and the protection of a union.

A day without a Mexican. Farm crops go unpicked absent Latino illegals. On the other hand, every day without one spares a real American from being murdered or raped. Wasn't it an illegal that got beat dead for trying to rape a 5-year-old. This shit happens regularly. When are we going to enforce our borders?

Never! Our gives more protection to illegals than it's own citizens. You people better understand it's big business that runs this country , not we the people

Our jails are full of people who could work the fields. Instead of getting all their recreation equipment, they could be getting their exercise that way. This would also help to pay for feeding them instead of the taxpayer having to. But hey then they couldnt complain about not having the mexican illegals...

And you get $10.00 per hour plus -
$5.00 hour rent assistance +$5.00 per hour in food stamps
+$3.00 per hour in welfare for your baby business +$2.00 per hour in free medical care - estimate.
That means you job-stealing foreign invaders are getting the same $25.00 per hour that we used to get. It's not that you do what we won't do. It's that you are getting subsidies that we can't get.
While we are making less than we used to and, our bills are still the same.
You should be ashamed of your azzhole ways.
Not to mention the additional child tax credit for ITIN income tax filers. Avg. refund $10,000.00 per filer right from our IRS.

Your tax dollars being shoveled at non citizens or ITIN tax filers.

Any wonder why they come here, the freebees.

I was raised on a working farm. Parents need to stop buying their kids China-made video crap and push them to develop a work ethic that envolves WORK. Doing manual labor is good for the soul, good for the wallet and builds the ambition to excel and to develop the resolve not to be a manual laborer for a career. PS- I miss going to bed physically exhausted, on ocassion. When the Army is done with me, I'm going to get some land.

local prisons could put these bums to work, State prisons could put prisoners to work as well. Todays young should be put to work instead of given everything with o responsibility.

This is easy. Defund all the freebies at the social spending buffet and Americans will go back to working these jobs. They stopped in the seventies once they were getting paid more not to work.
