well it hot in the late 90,,now is it very cool down,,
vietnam properties market on the verge on BUST,,
looking at those Resort along the Beach's,,a 1000 of properties
there wasn't a single occupied for a months,,
it cost the invested more money to paying for care take,,
Vietnamese people trying to sell their properties for years but unable to find a buy,,
interest rates build up each month,and many months to come,,
