I guess Mexico isn't such a nice place to visit,...ya may not come back alive. Thousands upon thousands are killed by the drug wars, so the news says. It's keeping their president (and maybe yours) a little busy!

The answer is that the for-profit prison industry has long been discovered to have been bribing politicians. Haley Barbour certainly bellied up to that bar.
