Last of spilled Kingston ash being cleaned up
"It wasn't any spill. It was an upheaval," Roane County resident Steve Scarborough, an engineer, said of the collapse of a coal ash holding cell at TVA's Kingston Fossil Plant.

Not cleand up it is covered up with red dirt look at last weeks Knoxville news paper front page under all that red dirt is ash
